  • Why hasn't access been approved yet?

    After you create an account and pay for your subscription; There is a Docu-sign document sent to your email. The document must signed and returned before you can access the subscription area. Check your Junk Mail the document may have gone there. Please allow 48-72 hours for processing.

  • I changed my mind; Can I cancel my subscription?

    Absolutely. We’d hate to see you go but we understand. There are no long term commitments. Once you pay for your subscription there are no refunds. Please refer to our refund policy for additional information. Refund Policy

  • What is the sign up fee?

    The signup fee is designed to cover the administrative costs that come with account set up and management of your account. This is a one time fee at the time of sign up only.

    The Fee is non-refundable. In the event there is a lapse in your subscription beyond a period of 30 days, you are required to pay the initial sign up fee again.

  • How are Consultations billed?

    Consultations are billed at an hourly rate and on a NET 30 term. We always encourage our subscribers to pay invoices early and advocate paying on time as paying your invoice late could negatively impact your business credit score.

  • What happens if I don't pay for my consultation services?

    While we don’t report negative information regarding your subscription; not paying your consultation bill is a direct violation of the terms of use and will result in negative information being reported on your behalf.

  • What information is reported to the various bureaus?

    Our reports to the credit bureau(s) is an all-inclusive file. We share the full picture with the credit bureaus to help prospective lenders see the big picture and understand the company’s ability to pay. We report each payment received from you as a subscriber. These payments are referred to as a Trade Experience.

  • Why do you need my Social Security number?

    As a business that extends credit and reports trade experiences, we are required to collect certain information on the owner of the company for the purpose of verification. We comply with the US Patriot Act Section 326.

  • If I own multiple companies can will you report for them too?

    Yes, though each subscription supports the report of one company only. Each additional business would require a subscription of their own to report your business to the credit bureau. If you have any additional questions, please contact Customer Service.
